- Don't confuse these people with facts, some still think 8 KBytes/sec is
- impossible. Why don't you set up a segment on your web page explaining 'HOW'
- to attain 24 KByte/sec? Place maximum emphasis on the role the uploading
- modem plays. If no one will upload at a 17 KByte/sec DTE rate its difficult
- to download at that rate!!
